MASTER HEARING I, being a Code Enforcement Special Master of Escambia County, Florida, have reviewed the attached Petition for a hearing before the special master filed by the Code Enforcement Officer and based thereon hereby call and schedule a hearing before the special master for the purpose of hearing the alleged violation of the ordinance or ordinances of the County of Escambia, State of Florida as described in the attached Petition. The hearing on this matter shall be held on the 15th day of August 2000, at 1:30 (p.m.), Third Floor, Board of

and any other documentary evidence regarding the Petition not later
than five (5) days prior to date set for hearing at the Office of Code
Enforcement, 1190 w. Leonard Street, Pensacola, FL If you will be represented by an attorney at the hearing, your attorney must enter a written appearance at the Office of Code Enforcement not later than five (5) days prior to the date of the hearing. You are hereby notified that the hearing will go forward even if you fail to appear and you may be adjudged in violation of the subject ordinance(s). Further, if you fail to you which and personal property. S. Palafox Street, Pensacola, FL 32501, and on the lst floor of the
One Stop Permitting Building, 1190 W. Leonard Street Pensacola, Florida,
at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing.
A copy of the attached Petition and this Notice of Hearing shall be sent to the alleged violator by regular mail and Certified U.S. Mail, return receipt requested, or by hand delivery at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the hearing. Dated this 31st day of July, 2000.
